Microsoft Announces MCSE/MCSA has Timed Out

The latest news from the microsoft certification official site says that, to keep pace with ,many older exams in MCSE/MCSA track are discontinued on a regular basis.
  It is known to everyone that almost all of MCSA/ are based on or MCSA on 2003 while 2008 has been born for a long time .So ,many of MCSE / has been retired ,especially MCSE/MCSA on .Even though some exams of MCSE/MCSA haven’t been retired ,they will expire soon .
  Although the microsoft said :  If we passed a required exam before it retired, it can be applied toward certification.and the credential will not expire;if we haven’t yet passed the required exams ,We can’t complete the certification track .For example :we are preparing  for some MCSE/MCSA credential, but the required exams will be retired before we passed them  while we had passed some of exams .More important ,We don’t know when it is on other exams’ turn in MCSA/.
So, in my opinion ,the MCSA/MCSE has timed out ,and it should move forward.

Here is the retired MCSA / below:
1. MCSA on 2003 :
  MCSA on networking systems :Exam 70-210:Installing, Configuring, and 2000 Professional
Exam 70-086:Implementing and Supporting Server 2.0
MCSE on Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 is Discontinued.
Exam 70-228:Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Enterprise Edition.

2.MCSA on :

Both of the required  Exams MCSA on networking systems  are retired :
Exam 70-215 :Installing, Configuring, and 2000 Server.
Exam 70-218:Managing a .

One of on client operating systems is  retired :Exam 70-210 :Installing, Configuring, and 2000 Professional
3.The retired Elective exams  of  MCSE/MCSA are below:
Exam 70-086 :Implementing and Supporting Server 2.0
Exam 70-214:Implementing and Administering Security in a Network
Exam 70-216:Implementing and Administering a Network Infrastructure
Exam 70-224:Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server
Exam 70-227:Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2000, Enterprise Edition.
Exam 70-228:Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Enterprise Edition.
Exam 70-244:Supporting and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows NT Server 4.0 Network.
MCSE on 2003:
